I have been a wedding photographer for over 12yrs.  I love weddings, and I enjoy being a part of a once in a lifetime celebration of a couples new start together.  The photographer is with a Bride and Groom all day, and a lot of times sees what works for them and what doesn’t, not only in the ceremony but at the reception.

I started this blog to help brides find ways to have the wedding that they really want at a price they can live with.  I have seen couples get what they wanted while using unconventional approaches and still keeping the things in their wedding that were the most important to them.  There are ways to have what matters if you sometimes look at it differently.  Photographing weddings you get to see how many brides, have used their wedding ideas sometimes in unconventional ways.  Then you can pass this bit of knowledge on to the current bride who may not have ever thought to do it this way.  I found it saves them time, confusion or money.  A blog can reach more people with different ways to do things then I ever could.
